Some kids love photography and the magic of creating images, and we're often asked if we can give lessons specifically aimed at younger folk.

This One-to-Two session allows a parent to accompany them, but as this is a client-led service, the kid will be making all the decisions about where to go & what to shoot. The parent can carry the tripod, but otherwise keep their big neb out of it...OK?

If you don't have a DSLR camera, we'll include one to use during the session, but we'll also be looking at how to get the best results from whatever you do use to take photos every day, whether that's your phone or a small camera.

We'll be giving you handy tips and tricks which you can use to keep creating wonderful images and take your photography to the next level.

3 Hour session at a location of your choice

This is a completely bespoke service, and will take account of your experience, your camera kit, and what kind of photos you want to take.

When we arrange a date, we'll also discuss where we'll go, and which images you'd like to concentrate on or emulate. My experience of photographing landscapes in Edinburgh and the Lothians is unsurpassed, and coupled with a thorough knowledge of the weather, and the conditions that suit each location, I'll make sure we build your own skill and knowledge too.

You'll go home with some great shots in the bag, some great ideas for the future....and a big smile on your face.
